Picture re-take day

Photo retake day is for those who were absent on photo day or are unhappy with their portrait proofs. Students who are being retaken MUST submit their original proof card. Students who do not return their original proof card to the photographer on Retake Day will not receive their retake photo proof card (not applicable for those who missed original photo days). There are no refunds, or exchanges on purchased photo orders, and therefore are not subject to a retake. Approximately 10 workdays later each student will bring home a photo proof card with our website information and their own unique online gallery code which is required to view your images and purchase online. 

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE

 Please be advised that orders will have a due date, so please make sure if you have not received a photo proof card approximately 10 working days after photo day to call our studio. Satisfactory clothes selection and hair styling are the responsibility of the student and parent. Photographers will NOT be adjusting hair or clothing, so please ensure your child is ready for photos. Please do NOT wear green to avoid blending into the background.
